University Achievements
The following are the achievements and honors that I have received while attending Appalachian State University:
- Hired as a Guru (Tutor) in the Hayes School of Music Learning, Research, and Technology Lab to help students with music theory, aural skills, and music history in December 2015
- Contacted to be a competitor for the A-Portfolio Scholars Awards in November 2015
- Selected to be an Intern for the College Music Society's National Conference in Indianapolis, IN, and also received a travel grant from the society in November 2015
- Recieved the O. Temple Sloan, Jr. International Scholarship for scholastic ability from Advance Auto Parts in September 2015
- Elected Treasurer of Appalachian State's branch of the College Music Society in May 2015
- Elected Treasurer of Appalachian State's Frank Residence Hall in August 2014
- Have been on the Dean's List for three semesters and the Chancelor's List for two semesters
