ENG4550, is the second class I have had with Professor Joesph Bathanti at Appalachian State University. Here, I have written a short story based off of a poem. I simply used my imagination based off of the imagery and message I received from the poem. I then applied my concepts to a detailed short-narrative, attempting to place the reader right in the middle of a cottage kitchen, a family revelation, and a mother-daughter dilemma.
